Products and Descriptions

    • We try to show our products, colours and features as accurately as possible. Actual colours may differ slightly depending on your screen settings.
    • Our cameras are compact, retro-style devices. Image and video quality is in line with their size and category and should not be compared to smartphones or professional cameras.
    • Promotional photos and videos may be styled or digitally enhanced for presentation purposes.

Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are shown in [AED / INR] and may change without prior notice.
    • Payment must be completed in full at checkout through our supported payment methods.
    • We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid in such cases.

Orders

    An order is confirmed only after payment is received and you get a confirmation message or email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Quality Assurance and Packaging

    Every PIXYMINT product is tested three times before dispatch and packed in protective puffy packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

No Refund Policy

    Because each item is triple-tested and carefully packed before dispatch, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect model or colour choice, or dissatisfaction with the product's size, style, or image quality. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

    Exception (recommended): If your parcel arrives physically damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact] with your order number and an unboxing video or clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Use of the Product

    • Handle the product with care. Damage from drops, water, heat, misuse, or unauthorised opening or repair is not covered.
    • Memory cards, batteries and accessories are used at your own risk. Back up your photos and videos regularly, as we are not responsible for lost data.
    • Keep small parts away from young children.

Order Cancellation by You

    Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately at [contact]. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including the logo, name, images, videos, text and designs, belongs to PIXYMINT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIXYMINT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
